I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with close proximity to all the mid-town activities. It was also right next to Central Park with a fine view. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The staff, especially Melvin, our breakfast server, provided excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near three different subway stations, making transportation easy.

Upscale hotel, worth every penny views and location is ideal very close to Broadway as well as Central Park. They serve buffet breakfast. Don't forget to explore Manhattan district.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience fulfilled with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center offered a wide range of treatments, including full body massages, beauty treatments, and sauna, which were performed in a treatment room with top-quality products. the restaurant had an excellent menu with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area served delicious drinks.

Despite the exquisite services and facilities, there was only one minor issue with the steam room that needed maintenance. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service overall.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott on Central Park for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, right on Central Park. The first room I was assigned, room 3906, was great. The staff, from the friendly and service-oriented front desk to the festive and helpful cleaning service people, made me feel welcome. Juliette, the F&B manager, even waived the extra charge for my breakfast request. The bellhop, Mr. King, was incredibly helpful and considerate. the staff at JW Marriott made my stay one of the best I've had in the city.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a fine experience. The hotel was spotless, facilities were great, spectacular location near restaurants, Central Park. The buffet breakfast was tasty, staff quickly refilled empty items. The staff was terrific, hard-working, and everything was perfect. Excellent service provided there too🙂

Located in an excellent spot for tourists, the junior suite is spacious for families. The breakfast food has variety and the staff is helpful, including the friendly F&B manager. Views of Central Park from the clean and insulated rooms make for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, with key attractions just a short walk away. The front desk staff were excellent, providing great service throughout our stay. They were helpful and answered all our questions. The valet and bellman were also great, providing prompt and efficient service. We were able to enjoy a quiet room, thanks to the hard work of the staff. The hotel also had a great Executive Lounge where we had delicious meals. the service and luxury of this hotel made our Easter vacation enjoyable.

The location is amazing, and the staff is friendly. The Southgate restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are pleasant, kind, and accommodating to every guest.

The location was fantastic, right across from a beautiful park. We were able to easily access public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays, which added to the festive atmosphere.

The room was small and lacked proper amenities. There was no full-length mirror, limited closet space, and the windows were not sealed properly, causing drafts and making us catch colds.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of Central Park and easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The on-site restaurant left much to be desired, with limited menu options and staff that did not meet the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

We stayed in a flagship hotel and the central location was ideal. We found great restaurants nearby and visited several museums and venues easily. The front desk was efficient and quick to attend to our needs. The breakfast food was top notch whether we ate at the Golden Member lounge or the coffee shop/restaurant on the first floor, and there were several amenities to keep us busy, including a fitness class, laundry credits, and food and drink credits. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and felt luxurious and spacious, with quality service and comfortable beds.

The taxes and additional fees were quite high, which was a bit of a disappointment.
